- Be willing to meet with a case manager on a regular basis
- Fall within set income guidelines
Families can expect to:
- Set goals and make action plans to achieve these goals

- Be linked with other community resources that might assist them while they strengthen their families
This is an ongoing program designed to fit each family's unique wants and needs. The family decides the path they want to take to improve their situation. The case manager acts as the guide and assists the family along the way. At no point will the case manager tell a family what they must do - this is the family's decision. Only families who show a willingness to work to improve their situation will benefit from the program.
